Crazy Days

Wow, what a week! The days all run together. I am looking forward to a couple of days off soon. Business has been very good lately and I hope it keeps up. I have bit the bullet and hired a couple of people to help me out. I am a control freak and have always done everything myself but now I can see that I can't do it all alone. I now have a part-time office manager and a part-time kennel assistant. I hope to hire a groomer to take over that part for me as well. My current apprentice is now ready to start taking on his own clients after a year of coming out helping and learning. He is going to be running a second location for me about a half hour west from here. This is a very exciting time for us all here at Mission: Impawsible Dog Training! More new things to come soon.

Autumn in NH

This is the greatest time of year here in New Hampshire. The leaves change unbelievable colors and when they fall it is like a snow storm. It is truly beautiful. Now as nice as this is, try working with the dogs at this time. If the distraction of leaves falling and blowing around isn't enough, cleaning up after the dogs poses new and exciting challenges. It is like a "Where's Waldo" book out there! Things have a way of working themselves out, though. There is no need to worry. I eventually step right in it, literally! Like I said, this is the greatest time of year in NH.

Welcome to My Blog

I want to welcome you to my first blog! I hope this will be a great place to journal my daily achievements as well as failures. Everyday is a surprise no matter how much I think I know what is going to happen or how much I plan in advance. I am a dog trainer, yes, but I am also a business owner, mother, wife and CEO of my household. I try to be the best at all of these things all the time. Sometimes I am doing great and other times not so hot but that is life. I do take a lot of pride in what I do and I hope it shows in the way the dogs perform and my kids enter the world and my husband feels at the end of the day. I look forward to sharing what I know for sure, what I hope to learn and, of course, my opinion. I am Jennifer Stasinos and I am the owner of Mission Impawsible Dog Training, LLC in Kingston NH and I welcome you to my first blog!
